Incredible resource for temporary, lock-down homeschooling moms who are new to it all. This site has resources to guide your whole life, including print-outs to keep kids on a homeschool schedule, quarantine shopping & dinner guides, safe “school-trips” with social distancing, free online classes, etc.
Notes:
This site is geared towards women who are schooling their kids at home. The best part is, this is not a site for only experienced homeschoolers.
Most of the content is Coronavirus specific, for new, temporary homeschooling moms.
It includes tons of resources like print outs for at-home schedules to help keep the kids on a routine (and save mom’s sanity), there are quarantine shopping and dinner guides, field trips that abide by safe social-distancing, and tons of blog posts that cover topics from schooling defiant teens to keeping toddlers occupied. There are links to free online courses, etc. You may have to subscribe for a lot of the content, but nothing seems to have any cost at all. All you need to do is prove your kids’ school is closed.
